01 ｜Visit

We were craving Kimchi Stew so we decided to visit Kwon Daegam Duruchigi, 

where the kimchi duruchigi was said to be the best menu. 

It looked like there were many items which included ‘kimchi’.

Inside of the restaurant was smaller than I thought. 

But maybe that was the reason, we felt that it was a true popular restaurant in hiding.

This is the menu of Kwon Daegam Duruchigi. 

The owner recommended the kimchi duruchigi, 

and that item was underlined in the menu as well!

The expression that stated, have a delicious meal and be happy~, 

made me feel good~

02 ｜Tasting 

Here comes our food~We ordered kimchi duruchigi and kimchi stew. 

This is the image of the kimchi stew and the side dishes.

Doesn’t it look plentiful?

The kimchi stew also had plenty amount of pork .

It was the best value for the money! 

There were also many different side dishes~

The simmering pot of the stew looked so delicious.

 It also smelled great as well.

This also looks very delicious as well.

t gave out a more friendly feel, as it came out in a nickel-silver pot. 

 Great food with everyone~

The two menu items seemed to completely fill the table.

that will stay in your mind for a long time? 

Come to Sarangee Grien Saesang, 

a unique famous cafe in Chang-dong Art Village.

01 ｜Visit

This time we came to visit a very famous cafe

 in Changwon called Sarangee Grien Saesang. 

 We also received recommendations from the local residents here in Changwon.

The sign is small but cute~

The cafe is located in the Chang-dong Art Village, 

and worthy of the name art village, 

the walls were very unique and beautiful~

The lights provided warm atmosphere and pretty

 colored walls created beautiful harmony!

This is the inside of the Sarangee Grien Saesang. 

We were able to smell the grass as soon as we walked in!

As it was decorated so well, and resembled a beautifully kept garden, 

we were able to enjoy all that was available.

It was also filled with cute statues and plant pots

and many fishes were swimming in a small pond 

located in the corner of the garden!

The cafe provides comfortable sofas and plenty of friendly paintings to help the visitors rest comfortably. 

02 ｜Tasting 

This is the menu at the Sarangee Grien Saesang cafe. 

The menu was created from scratch, with each letter written in by hand.

We ordered iced green tea latte and affogato. 

First we got the bread. 

It was a hot toasted bread with maple syrup. 

 It was so sweet that I could not stop eating it~

This is the affogato.

The serving portions of ice cream and coffee were all very generous 

so we were very satisfied. 

It came with nutty almond on top. 

As the bowl was this large, mixing was easy.

Next is the iced green tea latte. 

It was lighter in taste than other green tea lattes in general, 

but I liked it because of it’s large serving portion~

As the name Sigol, this restaurant is small and cozy.

As a tasty restaurant, this place was crowded with people

 

There is a saying that, tasty restaurants only sell one type of dish~

The main dishes available at Sigol are set menu with bulgogi, spicy beef soup, and kimchi stew.

You can select between seafood soft tofu stew and seafood soybean paste stew when ordering a set menu with bulgogi!

 

The waitress will give you a water bottle and water towel when you are seated 

The water bottle is in a very cute shape!

 

There are seats available on the floor as well 

Each of the rooms were packed with people.

It is what I would expect at a tasty restaurant!

02 | Tasting

he set menu with bulgogi (for 2) we ordered has been served

 

We selected seafood soybean paste stew between the tofu stew and soybean paste stew.

The soybean paste stew was very spicy and full of flavor!

 

I felt my mouth watering!

I will take a spoon!

 

I ate every piece of my meal.

The set menu with bulgogi was so rich in volume, that it felt like it was for three people, rather than two.

A friendly taste, just like a countryside table!

I felt a taste full of flavor, while not too hot, in a long time!

Danji Makchang, which is only at Masan!

I will introduce Danji Makchang,

which is a cod makchang restaurant famous for makchang!

Danji Makchang appeared at a TV program called Saengsaeng Jeongbotong 

I wondered of how good the taste would be

for it to be so popular!

This is the menu board of Danji Makchang!

You can see that the prices are cheap.

The restaurant only takes the first order, if the order is at least for three!

The representative dish of Danji Makchan! Brazier makchang and fire makchang!

The makchangs were all served in a way easy to eat and all grilled!

Water makchang was served on a silver plate, unlike other makchang restaurants.

It was the best, as I could more neatly enjoy the food!

The meat did not give off its unique smell but was clean 

I strongly recommend~
