I want to introduce Bossam 1st Bungi,
offering unique warm chewy taste!
01 ｜Visit
We have arrived at Bossam 1st Bungi
where you can smell the scent of a delicious restaurant even from outside~
There were many customers!
You would need to make a reservation
if you are planning on having dinner.
Rooms are available, and many seats are available including
sunken kotatsu tables and regular tables and etc.
The restroom was clean and neat~
This is the menu of Bossam 1st Bungi.
You can select from various types of Bossams.
The lunch special is Bossam set menu,
which includes Pureed Soybean Stew + Bossam.
The Pureed Soybean Stew can be ordered to-go for 5,000won!
The hours of operation are 11:30~22:20
and the closing days are the second and the fourth Monday of each month.
02 ｜Tasting
We ordered the lunch special Bossam set menu for 6,900won.
The side dishes were very fresh and tasted just right.
The salad in particular was very tasty~
Lunch Seasoned Dried Radish and Bossam have arrived.
We ordered 2 orders!
We took a bite of Bossam with Seasoned Dried Radish.
It was so soft and crunchy.
It did not have the peculiar pig smell and was absolutely delicious.
Pureed Soybean Stew was also very tasty~
The Bossam here was such a clean taste that you cannot get anywhere else.
I want to eat it again!
