Baekdusan
Hours of boiling down ingredients in a cauldron gives a taste that cannot be matched!
Cauldron Pork soup restaurant, Baekdusan!
The place was already crowded even before lunchtime.
A signboard standing at the entrance says it serves breakfast.
We sat inside the restaurant even though it too offered tables outside.
You can see the kitchen from the entrance,
where you can witness the cauldrons as well as the chefs.

It you go along a small corridor, there is a restroom.
Even it was early for a meal time, customers were kept coming in.
I suppose that proves the food quality.
Their signature dishes are pork soup, suyuk (boiled beef or pork slices), pork belly, and galbi-jjim (braised short ribs).
Hahaha, it seems almost all food we eat nowadays are good for weight watch.
Chives, kkakdugi (sliced radish kimchi), and kimchi were served.
Still boilng pork soup was served too!
I put chives and spices and condiments to maximize the flavor.
Suyuk was served.
Very soft and delightfully yummy!
