Gopdoree Gopchang 

 I would like to introduce Gopdoree Gopchang, famous for being one of the top 5 gopchang(tripe) in the nation! When you visit Changwon, this is a must! Must visit famous delicious restaurant!

 This is the exterior of the Gopdoree restaurant, isn’t it colorful??
 Let’s go in!

It seemed to be an already very famous restaurant...!!
 And it is too bad that we don’t have it in Seoul,
but I think there are other franchise branches in Changwon!!
 We visited the Seokdong branch.

 The rewards are said to be offered in all branches!!

How great is this? 

This is the menu. We actually like beef tripe, and when we told them it was our first time trying the jeongol(hot pot), they recommended beef tripe! 

And I don’t know why, but when we said that this is our first time trying it, they asked us if we came from Seoul...! 

Even if it is your first time trying it, the menu explains nicely, how to eat it.

  

The spiciness of the jeongol can be adjusted! We ordered the average level.

If you need more, you can add more later! Good Good!

 Let’s look briefly about the effect of tripe and beef tripe..
I didn’t know until now that yang means the cow’s stomach!

Tasting

 These are the basic side dishes and beondegi(pupa)... is included!!
And we were contemplating about whether or not we should order a drink,
but they gave it to us free of charge!! wow!!

 The leek and bean sprout play a big role later in the fried rice as well. 

 And before the meal, porridge comes out! It is porridge with beef tripe!

Finally~ gopchang-jeongol is here! The looks amazing!!!/ When the jeongol comes out, boil it.  

 And following the nice explanation, you can eat it once it is done boiling...!! glass noodles and gop are all evenly included!!!  

 We ate like a horse!!  

You can cut it appropriately during the meal.

 We were worried about the possible smell, but it didn’t have any smell! We were able to enjoy the gopchang-jeongol nicely!

 You can’t forget about the fried rice, right?
 We were a bit flustered, but they gave us bean sprout and leek!!
 When we asked, they said you don’t have to include it if you do not like it.

We included it!

And also added cheese..! 

I didn’t get to take a photo of the process, but it was generous amount! 

It is not without reason that it is natural cheese, look at how it stretches.

 We also got cold seaweed soup and laver. 
You can use it to make a wrap with the fried rice! Yummy~ 

 And before we knew it, we had finished it. And when we were about to leave...! 

 They pulled us back for dessert. How great~ 
It was bingsu and sikhye(sweet rice punch)! 
It was very tasty, it has been a long time since I had bingsu like this! 

And the server was very very kind. 

And I think that made it even better!!
