If you have come to the Gyeongsang Province, you can’t leave without having fresh seafood, right? The famous delicious crab restaurant, only available in Gyeongsang Province!

I would like to introduce to you Gaesujak.

01 ｜Visit

This is the entrance to Gaesujak! Lunch specials are available at low price!! 

The inside of the restaurant is very big! In addition to this side, seats for customers in groups, are available towards the inner part of the restaurant.

 Playroom is also available for children as well!! As it is big and can be seen from the tables, parents can rest assured and enjoy their meal~

 This is the menu! The picture came out blurry, so it is difficult to get a clear look.

  There are other seafood dishes in addition to the snow crab~ Those who do not like snow crab, can also order small octopus dish.

 We had black pepper chili crab here!

 We had a hard tim deciding, as there were so many items on the menu...! Here is the small octopus dish~

As you can probably tell from looking at the menu, the price range is very low, right? Without the cap, and others! The middle process is done by the restaurant itself, so they must save costs that way!! 

 The origin of the ingredients are all Russia! I cannot be anything but tasty~ As it has a label indicating Changwon-si Masanhappo-gu, I can have more confidence in eating the food!!

02 ｜Tasting 

 These are the side dishes! It was too bad that the rice cake was cold, but for the most part, the food was tasty~ The salad was crispy and good.

 Sausage from the old days as well as pickles came out! These are side dishes that we often had when we were little~ It was too had that they came out a bit cold~

 Finally, the long awaited King crab came out! We ordered a medium size from the chili pepper menu.

 The server actually shows us how to eat it! Interesting, the crab meat came out so easily when we did as the server told us to, so it was easy and comfortable to eat the crab.

 As it included plenty of other ingredients in addition to the crab, it was even better.

  As you might have already seen from the photo, udon was under the crab, so you can mix it with the sauce and eat it! I was a bit worried that the sauce might be strong as it was said to be pepper, but it was an appropriate amount of chili flavor instead~ I really liked it as it was both spicy and sweet!

  We finished it cleanly! This sauce is really tasty~ So I thought about whether or not I should mix it with rice, and I ended up deciding to order crab meat fried rice!

When we were thinking about whether or not we should order the rice, the server told us that it would not be late to try it first, then make the decision. So we order it as we liked it~

This is the crab meat fried rice...! It was actually not as good as I expected, what you can see in the photo is all of the crab meat that we got... The fried rice was just plain...

  So I mixed it with the sauce. Regardless,

we finished it cleanly, which is definitely not a secret! Although we were a little bit let down by the fried rice, we were still very satisfied with the fact that we were able to eat snow crab at this low price!
