This is Milo Bakery, which has a long history after first staring in 1974. Can’t you can feel the unusualness from the exterior~?
The first and third Sundays of each month are regular holidays, so take this into account during your visit~
This bakery is an exemplary store as selected by the Confectionary Association! The entrance already exhibits reliability
Matching up to the reputation of a bakery of a patissier who has a colorful resume, such as winning the gold prize as a professional baker in a world cooking competition, there are many breads available.
There were many new types of breads, such as almond ball, walnut bread, and Gukjini bread, and I wanted to try them all!
In addition to the breads, there were many types of sandwiches and chocolate pies as well~
I heard that cakes here are as famous as breads~ I could see various types of cakes including a special cake, mocha cake with whipped cream, chocolate whipped cream cake, and chocolate crunch cake. In addition, there were various types of roll cakes!
There were many award certificates hung at the bakery as well. There is a reason this bakery is well‐known as a famous bakery~
Breads and cakes, and even chocolates! >< I would like to eat them all in one bite~
As this bakery has an open kitchen, you can view the baking process. This place seemed to be clean and hygienic.
02 | Tasting
Starting from the top is squid ink bread, cream cheese bread, and pretzel. Each bread is packaged with care~
This is squid ink bread. Just as its name shows, the color of the bread is noticeable!
At a glance, it did not seem to have much taste, however, the taste was not plain by the cheese inside the bread! Anyone can enjoy this bread, with its slightly salty and sweet taste.
The bread that sells best among all breads is said to be cream cheese bread. At a glance, you will notice that this bread does not look like cream cheese bread~! A store employee recommended this bread to me~
Because the cream cheese was equally spread over the bread, all parts of the bread were delicious, and the thing that surprised me most was the fluffiness of the bread. It was interesting to see the fluffiness being intact even when I ate it after a few days~ I could understand why it is so famous! Seeing the picture now, I wish to eat it again. ㅠㅠ You really should try this! I strongly recommend!
