Yakchon Juk is located at Sangnam‐dong, Seongsan‐gu. I became to visit this place as I thought it would be a tasty restaurant just by seeing the exterior!

 

This restaurant provides good dishes and is an exemplary restaurant! The restaurant was noticeable from the entrance.

 

​The interior of the restaurant is not large but cozy. There were actually more people taking out their meals, rather than eating at the restaurant..

 

There were various types of porridges. Not only were the types of porridges specified, but the efficacy of each porridge was stated as well, allowing customers to choose a porridge depending on their physical condition~

 

This is the menu board. The special menu includes 황기백출 porridge, jujuge ginseng porridge, chestnut red potato porridge, and sea mustard soup! For your information, take‐out is available~

 

02 | Tasting

 

I ordered abalone porridge, which is a representative dish. Every one of the side dishes were available for take‐out as well, along with the porridge!

 

I could sense a delicious smell along with the milky stew! The amount served was huge, so I could not eat it all by myself.

 

I was surprised at the amount of abalones after scooping one scoop. I felt full with the sweet and warm dish! I really ate a light meal!
